FRITTATA CON CIPOLLA
Ingredienti per 1 pax
uova n° 2
olio d’oliva q.b.
una presa di prezzemolo tritato
cipolla
100 gr
parmigiano q.b.
sale q.b.
pepe
q.b.
Procedimento
Lavare le uova, romperle nel piatto e
verificare la freschezza, aggiungere il parmigiano grattugiato, il prezzemolo
tritato, la cipolla precedentemente tagliata a julienne e maturata, ed infine
salare, pepare e sbattere il tutto con una forchetta.
In una padella scaldare l’olio, versare il
composto e mescolare per avere una cottura uniforme. Appena rapprese, scuotere
la padella per staccare la frittata, capovolgerla e farla cuocere anche
dall’altra parte, appena cotta far scivolare su un piatto, guarnire e servire.

Method
Wash the eggs, break them in a dish and test their freshness. Add grated parmesan cheese , the chopped parsley , the onion and in the end, salt and pepper. Beat the mixture in a pan, heat the oil, pour the mixture and stir to obtain a uniform cooking.
When the omelette is cooked on one side, turn it upside down to let it cook on the other side.
When it’s ready, let it slip on a plate, garnish and serve.
Omelette with onions
